Other options nearby, Knights Inn (about 5 miles & pet friendly) 814-432-2101. There are also numerous Airbnb's and Bed-n-Breakfasts in the Franklin area. These are ideal if 2 or 3 couples want to stay together. Many of them are pet friendly and were still available as of August 19th.
Camping:
Venango County Fairgrounds (3 miles) $20/night includes water/electric & bath houses. 814-437-7716. Let them know you're coming in for the Retread Rally. (If no one answers, leave a message & they'll return your call)
Two Mile Run County Park - 814-676-6116 - approx. 9 miles from the Quality Inn
